TPS Plus is the complete aligner treatment planning service: a full specialist plan for moderate cases, with two refinement setups included and three years’ validity.
Most aligner cases need at least one refinement. Teeth track a little differently than planned, a patient wears the aligners less than promised, or the final detailing needs an extra round. With TPS Plus those refinements are already part of the package, so there is no extra cost and no hesitation about ordering them when the case needs it.
What you receive
You give us access to the case in your preferred aligner system. An orthodontist prepares a complete treatment setup, ready for your approval, with a clinical rationale explaining the plan. When the case reaches a refinement stage, you submit the new scan and receive an updated setup the same way.

When to choose TPS Plus
Choose Plus for moderate cases, for cases involving both arches with several types of movement, or whenever you would rather know the total cost of planning up front. Compared with buying TPS Basic and two separate Refinement Setups, Plus saves EUR 85 and removes the decision each time.
If you are unsure whether a case is mild or moderate, a Case Evaluation will tell you, and the EUR 15 is credited towards the plan.
