Enhance Your Invisalign Treatments with OrthoTPS

Our collaboration with Invisalign allows you to integrate expert treatment planning directly into your existing workflow. Follow these simple steps to collaborate with OrthoTPS using Invisalign’s platform.

How It Works

STEP 1. Submit Case Details

  • Log In to Your Invisalign Doctor Site (IDS)
    Access your account on the Invisalign Doctor Site using your credentials.
  • Create a New Patient Record
    Navigate to the patient management section and add a new patient.
    Enter all necessary patient information and upload the required records, including intraoral scans, photos, and X-rays.
  • Fill Out the Prescription Form
    Complete the Invisalign prescription form with detailed information about the patient’s treatment goals and any specific instructions.

STEP 2. Add OrthoTPS as a Collaborator

  • Access the Collaboration Feature
    Within the patient’s case, look for the option to add a collaborator or consult with a peer.
  • Invite OrthoTPS to Collaborate
    Enter the OrthoTPS provider email address designated for collaborations: [email protected].
    Set the permission level to allow us to view and edit the treatment plan.
  • Send the Invitation
    Confirm the details and send the collaboration invitation.
    You’ll receive a notification once OrthoTPS accepts the invitation.

STEP 3. OrthoTPS Develops the Treatment Plan

  • Expert Analysis
    Our team of orthodontic specialists will access the case details and analyze the patient’s information.
  • Customized Treatment Plan Creation
    We will create a detailed, customized treatment plan tailored to your patient’s needs, ensuring optimal outcomes.

STEP 4. Review and Approve the Treatment Plan

  • Notification of Plan Completion
    You’ll receive a notification in your Invisalign Doctor Site when the treatment plan is ready for review.
  • Review the Plan
    Access the patient’s case to review the treatment plan developed by OrthoTPS.
    Examine the proposed tooth movements, staging, and any attachments or IPR (Interproximal Reduction) recommendations.
  • Provide Feedback or Approve
    If you have any questions or require adjustments, you can communicate directly with our team through the platform.
    Once satisfied, approve the treatment plan to proceed with aligner fabrication.

STEP 5. Implement the Treatment Plan

  • Begin Patient Treatment
    With the approved plan, Invisalign will manufacture the aligners.
    Start the patient’s treatment with confidence in the expert planning behind it.
  • Ongoing Support
    OrthoTPS remains available for support throughout the treatment process.
    For any refinements or mid-course corrections, we can assist as needed.

    For cases that require additional discussion, you can schedule a one-on-one virtual consultation with our specialists.

    Contact us via email or phone to arrange a meeting time.
    Consultations are conducted through Microsoft Teams or Google Meet for a seamless experience.
  • Personalized Guidance
    Discuss the case in detail, ask questions, and receive expert advice to ensure the best possible treatment outcomes.
