The treating clinician remains fully responsible for diagnosis, treatment decisions, and patient care.

How It Works

TPS is a simple, structured way to get specialist-driven treatment planning when you need it.

STEP 1. Choose your plan

Select the option that fits your case:

  • A brief assessment for a case direction.
  • TPS Basic for mild predictable cases.
  • TPS Plus for moderate/complex cases and real-world flexibility.
  • Revision for refinements of cases originally planned by us.

STEP 2. Share your case

Submit your records and give us access through your chosen aligner provider, following our checklist and template.

STEP 3. We review and create a setup based on your clinical records

Your case is reviewed by our planning team and, when relevant, supported by our specialist network to ensure consistent quality.

STEP 4. Receive your plan

You get a clear, structured plan that’s easy to review and ready to approve after your evaluation.

STEP 5. Refinements when required

  • TPS Plus includes planning for up to 2 refinements (if needed) with 3-year validity.
  • Revision is only available for cases we have planned previously.

STEP 6. You stay in control

TPS supports your workflow, while you remain fully responsible for diagnosis, treatment decisions, and patient care.

  • How to Schedule
