Enhance Your ClearCorrect Treatments with OrthoTPS

Our collaboration with ClearCorrect allows you to integrate expert treatment planning directly into your existing workflow. Follow these simple steps to collaborate with OrthoTPS using ClearCorrect’s Collaborator Suite.

How It Works

STEP 1. Submit Case Details

  • Log In to Your ClearCorrect Doctor Portal
    Access your account on the ClearCorrect Doctor Portal using your credentials.
  • Create a New Patient Case
    Navigate to the “Cases” section and click on “Create New Case.”
    Enter all necessary patient information, including name, contact details, and case description.
  • Upload Patient Records
    Provide the required patient records, such as intraoral scans, photos, and X-rays.
    Ensure all files are clear and meet the quality standards specified by ClearCorrect.
  • Complete the Prescription Form
    Fill out the prescription form with detailed information about the treatment goals, preferences, and any specific instructions for the case.

STEP 2. Add OrthoTPS as a Collaborator

  • Access the Collaborator Feature
    Within the patient’s case, locate the “Collaborators” tab or section
  • Invite OrthoTPS to Collaborate
    Click on “Add Collaborator” or “Invite Collaborator.”
    Enter the OrthoTPS collaborator email address: [email protected].
    Set the appropriate permissions to allow us to view and edit the treatment setup.
  • Customize Access Permissions (Optional)
    You can specify which parts of the case OrthoTPS can access, such as treatment setups, comments, and case details.
    For full collaboration, ensure that editing permissions are enabled.
  • Send the Invitation
    Confirm the details and send the collaboration invitation.
    You will receive a notification once OrthoTPS accepts the invitation.
  • Choose service
    Order, choose payment option, fill in case details.

STEP 3. Choose service

STEP 4. OrthoTPS Develops the Treatment Plan

  • Expert Analysis
    Our team of orthodontic specialists will access the case details and analyze the patient’s information.
  • Customized Treatment Plan Creation
    We will create a detailed, customized treatment plan tailored to your patient’s needs, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Communication Through Comments
    We may add comments or questions within the case for clarification.
    You’ll receive notifications of any updates or messages from our team.
  • Plan Submission
    Receive your detailed treatment plan, review, and approve.

STEP 5. Review and Approve the Treatment Plan

  • Notification of Plan Completion
    You’ll receive a notification in your ClearCorrect Doctor Portal when the treatment setup is ready for review.
  • Review the Treatment Setup
    Access the patient’s case to review the treatment plan developed by OrthoTPS.
    Examine the proposed tooth movements, staging, and any attachments or IPR (Interproximal Reduction) recommendations.
  • Provide Feedback or Approve
    If you have questions or require adjustments, you can communicate directly with our team through the portal’s messaging feature. Once satisfied, approve the treatment setup to proceed with aligner fabrication.

STEP 6. Implement the Treatment Plan

  • Begin Patient Treatment
    With the approved plan, ClearCorrect will manufacture the aligners.
    Start the patient’s treatment with confidence in the expert planning behind it.
  • Ongoing Support
    OrthoTPS remains available for support throughout the treatment process.
    For any refinements or mid-course corrections, we can assist as needed.

STEP 6. Implement the Treatment Plan

    With the approved plan, ClearCorrect will manufacture the aligners.
    Start the patient’s treatment with confidence in the expert planning behind it.
  • Ongoing Support
    OrthoTPS remains available for support throughout the treatment process.
    For any refinements or mid-course corrections, we can assist as needed.

Schedule a One-on-One Consultation

  • Complex Cases
    For cases that require additional discussion, you can schedule a one-on-one virtual consultation with our specialists.
  • How to Schedule
    Contact us via email or phone to arrange a meeting time.
    Consultations are conducted through Microsoft Teams or Google Meet for a seamless experience.
  • Personalized Guidance
    Discuss the case in detail, ask questions, and receive expert advice to ensure the best possible treatment outcomes.
